Really pleased for all the delegates attending our Talent Development Programme (staff reserve) delivered for a leading bank in Kiev. The organisation now has sixteen 'ready to go' individuals who are motivated and prepared to fill first-line management roles in the future.
This intensive six-month programme included nine key management modules (each carried out over four days a month in Kiev), supported by our remote coaching sessions in-between.
Alongside the skills delivery sessions, the group of sixteen were split into four project teams, researching, analysing and delivering key outcomes and solutions for the bank over the six-months period.
We profiled each delegate using our PRISM Brainmapping tool at the start of the programme and the individual reports where utilised during each module. We look forward to re-profiling each delegate to see the movement in their development (so watch this space for the results)!
The Talent Development Team showed absolute commitment throughout, and have already started to give a return on investment for their organisation, firstly, by implementing the skills, and secondly (as details are finalised) moving forward with the project implementations.
